GTA Crashes once any add on vehicle gets installed.

I have no Add On Cars installed, but once i install just one add on vehicle, it crashes when i load up the game. It just crashes when i install it in my mods folder, but when i install it in my normal update folder it won't crash, but the vehicles won't load. Please anyone help.

Its most likely your dlclist.xml or your extratitleupdatedata.meta make sure you check the back up once you have installed it gave me trouble also kept your Open IV in administrator mode because for some reasons the mods do not work other wise
