Problem with Missing Textures on Vanilla and Mod Cars

Hi,
i've the following problem, on some cars, not on all cars (vanilla and mod cars), i've the problem that the interior and engine Textures are missing.
For example, here is a screenshot from Aige's FORD GT

My GTA5 Specs,
Legal GTA 5 RSG Edition
All Graphic Settings on Maximum @1080p (1920x1080)
Graphic Mods, latest SyncFX 1.8, ENB, VisualV and REShadeHere are my System Specs,
Intel Core i7 6700K@4x4,2Ghz
16GB DDR4-2666 Kingston HyperX
MSi Z170A Gaming Pro Carbon
Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 8GB (MSi Aero)
ADATA SP900 256GB SSD for System
Samsung EVO 850 250GB SSD for Games
Windows 10 x64 ProAnd i've the latest Drivers for all, Chipset, GPU etc...
I hope someone can help me to fix this problem

Found the problem.
The Problem is this Script https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/i-m-not-mental-s-persistance-mod
When u save too many Cars on your Map (i had 17 Cars saved), then u will get these Texture Problems, i've removed all and now the Texture Problems are completely gone.

Maybe this is also a GTA 5 Cache Problem? Maybe we can fix this by tweaking the Gameconfig.xml?
