HELP!! PLSS !! Can I update Gta V 1.26 to version 1.36 After installing mods?

Hello everyone, I find this publication to ask you something!
I recently installed the Gta V version1.26, I installed many addons of cars, some trainers and the REDUX Mod ... but I did not upgrade to version 1.36
If I want to upgrade to version 1.36, will all files be corrupted or will there be flaws in my game?
Sorry for my English, I'm from Brazil and I'm still learning...
