New Install Help Please

When installing LSPDFR and RPH. When I attempt to follow the prompt to backup my current game files in the RPH settings tab, I am receiving this error
"Error while creating game backup: System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path 'D:\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\GameBackups.rph' is denied.

Fixed a crash in the backup system for retail copies.

Still crashing with that same error after installing the update.

Make sure you have shut down the Steam client before you make a backup.
