Is there a terrorists vs police and army mod?

Hi all,
I would like to know if there is a (offline) war mod for GTA V ,where would be a fight between terrorists vs army and police united,with all of the army and police vehicles on the streets fighting the terrorists?And my second question is, is there a mod for realistic buildings damage and ruin?
Please tell me!

For your first question, I believe not but there is for LSPDFR an extension which will spawn some heavy call-outs with terrorists.
For your second question, I think not since the vanilla buildings only use their rockstar pre-made collisions. For modded cars are some mods with realistic damage.
