ELS.asi not loading

Please i need help my els.asi and scripthookVdotnet.asi aslo doesnt want to load so i cant use my els in game ?
My scripthookV.dll makes my rageplugin crash as the version isnt supported and im really getting negative because of this so pls pls pls help

U need scripthook..... No brainer fam. Guess you cant use els.
