[VEHICLE] Saturn ion redline car mod

I was wondering if anyone is able to put this car into the game, I currently own 2 ion redlines, an 04 and an 07. I have linked the car model from a website taken from forza motorsport 4. If at all possible, please let me know, I would appriciate it very much! Thanks in advance!

Can anyone point me to a program to create the mod?

@KIllen2 I do have this car planned to be made
And everything is converted to gta v in zmodeler 3 (check the tutorial section of the forums for some info vids)
