Running GTA V with mods after OpenIV shutdown

Can someone please explain how to run gta V with mods after everything with the update, Open IV, and Take-Two for those of us who are less knowledgeable?

It's still possible to use the mods, just click uninstall later or follow this guide.

@Adamisch123 my OpenIV works but Im not sure how to back date gta or RPH as Ive updated them both
