Automatic Tool For DLC Cars

Hi there, i have 'yft' & 'ytd' files of a car and i want to create DLC from it and also it's hard to change all values and all names from meta and config files to what i want.

My question is is there any Tool to do all this automatically or any easy way to do this ?
