What If I Keep Continue Uploading Mod Gameplay's?

I've always been cautious about making backup so I have a great backup folder like I always make some backup per week. I'm uploading some gta 5 mod videos like Iron Man and the others, so is there any problem with this? I mean there is no copyright or any request like "remove the video boy, modding isn't allowed". Can I keep uploading or I should stop? Btw I'm not living in America

@lasper i don''t think they will chase each people that use mod, in my opinion you don't risk anything till it's not about online modding.
