Mitsubishi pajero mk1 (1981~1991)

This is the blueprint of pajero.
Although there exists pajero mk1 mod for gta4, but its 3D modeling file is locked. So it is impossible converting it to GTA5. Could anyone make this?(especially LWB Mid-roof version please)
