Can't Unistall OpenIV?!

I want to unistall OpenIV but I have this message :
"FATAL - Setup is runned as Administrator, please restart installation as regular user"
So what now?

i had a problem like this, when i take out my mods folder, my gta has a fatal error at the start, i cant run it unless i have my mods folder which is through openiv, but i wanna keep my mods so.

Right click on OPENIV on your desktop, open file location, click below you will find Unistall.
Nothing
