Phone gets black after trying go to internet

Soo I have a few mods in my GTAV, and I have no problems with them, everything is fine and when I try to go to internet with my phone I get black screen and phone gets stuck (see picture) any help?

@2Yayzee That's odd but I've read about others having a similar problem. Try either of the following:

• Run GTA V in Windowed Fullscreen mode.
• If you have NVidia, try disabling NVidia Surround.
• If you have an older save file, give it a try.
