Open IV cant download

Am I right in thinking we can no longer download Open IV, as when I click on the download link, it just goes to a file list and can not do anything with it?
I wanted to reinstall it, but has lost my backup.

@Dave-The-VI-Gamer OpenIV is NOT available for download. The only option for you, is to do a system restore to yesterday.

Ok. thanks, the drive I was using has corrupted, so wont be able to do that. Oh well never mind. Thanks for your reply.
