Post or topic is deleted but not deleted
Can somebody explain me this logic?

I think I follow your question. Do you mean that you don't understand why when you delete a post it is deleted but held for review rather than truly deleted?
If so this is so users can undelete posts and so mods can review posts that are deleted.

@Gta5KoRn Process:
1.- Delete a post/topic -> Doesn't remove it completely.
2.- Purge post/topic -> It's removed completely (Can only be done by Staff members).
