For me (I live in from Bulgaria) http://www.dev-c.com is currently offline as well! ScriptHookV' AlexanderBlade's currently just refuses to load, Opera browser only says site doesn't work and it has NOT sent any data... It might be just momently down, but who knows...

@65536 Direct links are not working (looks like anti-bot surveillance), but you can search in your browser the words: "ab software gtav" and the page appears to get access, also download links are working.

@DrafeZZ The site seems to be intermittently working and not working (I check it quite often during the day). I don't think there's anything to worry about.
