So how long does it take to actually edit scripthook? I know the developer said that the runtime in the dll needs to be updated after a dlc release, but is there more than that? And how quickly does Alexander Blade know about a dlc release?

Uh, so far, no. There's just making it work, and that can take weeks.

Agreed. Depending on the complexity, spare time, health, drive, etc it can take between 2 days and 6 weeks as he has to code, debug, troubleshoot and so on in a loop until it works without crashing.

Damn, looks like this GTA update broke lots of ScriphookV .NET mods, things like GTA: Knight Rider's Follow Player crash the mod.

@Rstein It's already been fixed (I did it yesterday). crosire is probably going to release the new version within the next days.

I can confirm that GTA:KR is working fine with 2.10.5, the Follow Player part is just as retarded as it was before LOL.
What exactly does Euphoria do? Physics?
