Can't get GTA V to run offline social club

So I recently just upgraded GTA 5 to the newest version, then downgraded back to 1.0.1032 and I can't get social club to stop launching and asking me to sign in. I tried GTA V LAUNCHER bypass (I did launch the game with GTAV.exe), -scofflinemode (with the caps like it is supposed to be) both in commandline.txt and in the "target" box of the shortcut to the executable. Nothing seems to work. I'm thinking to just go to 1.0.1103 and just try using the supposedly "leaked" SHV. I am on steam version.

@FreezIn - I messed around all day yesterday trying to get the social club/warehouse version to run offline, and even tried to roll back to an older version. Had a bit of luck with the GTA Launcher Bypass, but still ended up not working without crashing. Seems to be impossible to do.
Just use the 1103 shv (Just look up how to get it - I can't/won't provide a link, sorry). Haven't encountered problems with it myself. Everything is back to normal for me. Well, at least until another update breaks the game again most likely -.-

I just reinstalled GTA 5 back to 1103 with the new SHV and it is still the same shit. Both SHV and launcher bypass is working completely fine, however it still forces me to sign into god damn social club. Not sure what I am doing wrong.

Bump, really need help, social club keeps telling me to sign in, I tried this https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/no-gtavlauncher and https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/gtavlauncherbypass and both of them does not help me at all. Is this just because of Steam or something else? I really can't think of any other solution.

@FreezIn update your game to latest update gunrunning and run the game normally.
scripthookv has been released. Openiv just pushed a new uptate. and seems C&D was canceled by Take two. so everything is normal again. don't use bypass launcher mod. run the game as usual.

@FoxtrotDelta So should I just sign into social club as usual for singleplayer with all my mods installed and everything will still be fine?

@FreezIn well, im telling you its the normal routine now. do what you would do normally after an update. keep mods folder intact. game uses mod folder in singple player
