[ASK] Modifying Timecyc Problem

I have a problem when changing stuff in timecyc, specially on the ExtraSunny.xml
Extra Sunny weather ususally don't have cloud reflection on the vehicles, but I don't know what I changed, it exist.
Can you guys help me which line should I edit to remove that cloud reflection on the vehicles ?

Maybe it's the "sky_cloud_base_strength" parameter.
