Gameconfig.xml issues on latest patch

I am trying to make my own gameconfig.xml since none of the ones on here work. I know what values I need to change.

No matter what I do the game refuses to work. One gameconfig setup I used made it load for ever and the rest made the game crash in the loading screen (when loading the Gun Running content according to OpenIV.log). I should point out that I have only a few DLC packs. Most of my cars are combined with Rockstar's DLC packs for stability.
If anyone has any tips, or knows how to make a good gameconfig, please let me know. Editing this file is a massive pain. I feel that it would be a lot easier if it was documented.

@nkjellman i updated my gameconfig it will be up as soon as its approved so sometime in the morning.
