Cant play with mods

Yestarday i installed a previous version of gta and played with mods,then i wanted to install new car mods,so i Opened OpenIV ,and when im opening GTA with openiv its infinate loading,and when im removing only OpenIV file (OpenIV.asi)
the mods are not working

@amitr1 scripthook had been released by AB , so you can get ur game updated and everything should work
