Does OpenIV work with the latest patch?

hello,
as scripthook has officialy been updated I want to update my game. My doubts are now, if OpenIV still works properly with the latest game patch as it will not be updated anymore. Has someone already tested it and can share their experience with us? Would be great!

@kingle92 Try it.. And why shouldnt it? They would have to rewrite the game code for it to not work anymore.

@kingle92 I tried and it worked correctly before going back to an earlier version of GTA while waiting for the scripthook.

@Kwebbl well maybe they implemented something that stops OpenIV from working with the latest patch, you never know.

My game crashes on startup with openiv.asi in the game directory, removing it works, it seems to be update.rpf in the mods folder causing it, I don't know how to get openiv to verify if all folders are up to date properly.

@PLAZ44 oh, doesn't sound great. Maybe its better to wait until there are more experiences.

@PLAZ44 Open OpenIV, go to update.rpf in your mods folder, press Edit Mode, it will say that the update.rpf that you have is not updated. It will then ask you to update it, and so, update it. Then the game won't crash.

@kingle92 I just did the update again and it works very well

@AHK1221 It's ok I fixed it, it was RDE that was causing the crash but thanks for the advice that'll be usefull in the future.
