How can i install vehicle skin without using OpenIV, i cant download it anymore, or i dont know about any download link.

I wanted one of the skins than can turn my car into AUDI but in description was written that i need OpenIV. But i saw in last days that you cant download OpeIV anymore. Any solutions please.?
