[SCRIPT][WIP] DrMagus5Zombie



  • This is a Zombie MOD that I'm working on, I just take the Topic open for future Update.
    This is an old video for the old version of the DrMagus5Zombie.
    Actually is [WIP] but is completed the part of the zombie I need to add the survivor skill now.

    [How to install]

    You need ScriptHookV:
    http://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/
    and ScriptHookV Dot Net
    https://github.com/crosire/scripthookvdotnet/releases

    to play that mod.
    After installed that 2, copy all my mod files in :

    ...\Grand Theft Auto V\scripts\


    [How to play the MOD]
    Pess the default button to start the mod, press B.

    To see zombies, kill people or wait they transform.
    The mod is not completed.

    P.S. You are playing an old version of the MOD.


    [Usage]
    This is a mod I created, you cannot share or sell this MOD, you can use this mod to make videos and monetize them.
    You can't decript the mod to see the code or use it. If you create a similar zombie mod with some code part equal there is no problem, is your mod with your code.
    About GTA5, follow the GTA5 guideline.
    This mod shouldn't work online and is just for single player, don't use online or you could be banned even if don't work online.
    Just that, have fun.

    In the file mod there is a "Readme_how_install.txt" , in this file I write the update (what is changed from the older version).

    -Implemented translation support for other languages:

    pt_BR (Portoghese Brasiliano)
    en_US (Inglese americano)
    fr_FR (Francese)
    de_DE (Tedesco)
    it_IT (Italiano)
    ja_JP (Giapponese)

    es_ES (Spagnolo)
    zh_CN (Cinese semplificato)

    To make a translation just copy a file like :
    NotificheDRM5ZombieWorld_it_IT.ini

    rename in (if you want fr_FR)
    NotificheDRM5ZombieWorld_fr_FR.ini

    and change the text. Have fun :D!

    When you translate remember to change the language also in : LinguaDRM5ZombieWorld.ini

    like :
    LinguaSelezionata = en_US
    or
    LinguaSelezionata = it_IT

    P.S. For now you can't translate only the Radio News System,
    I need time to implement also this.

    [Questions]
    Why Simple Zombie Mod run faster, will your mod run faster that that?

    I tested that mod and it's impossible, because that mod removes all:

    • the civilians
    • there is no infection
    • there are no cars (some just spawn)
    • there is no system to expand the virus (infect other people)
    • there is no IA to attack the others ( only 4-5 survivors, I think using the relationship, I have a custom code)

    It's missing all the feautures that make my mod different (not better, different).
    And all this feature that I don't want to remove make usage of more of your CPU....

    My mod is during the Apocalypse and Simple Zombie mod is post Apocalypse .
    What that mean ? In my mod:

    • the infection start from zero and expand
    • people escape
    • people become infected in different ways
    • people infect other people
    • people can be cured (in the future)
    • you can try to stop the infection

    In Simple:

    • the infection killed everyone there are just some survivors, the city is empty
    • there are no cars, some spawn like all the life is gone

    This is the scenario and I hope you now know why use more CPU.

    About the inventory system and other thing this are just feauture that I will add later (is just an implementetion that will be done). You can use my mod and any other inventory system waiting, also from the simple mod.

    For those who did not understand, start the mods and see how many civilians are on the map in the 2 different mods.



  • A little update :D , I was able to improve the performance = more zombies in the game.

  • I'm implementing a Save/Load System so you can keep your city with the number of Zombies stats infected/death/etc... , I found also a way to implement missions, I'm not working on that now but there will be the possibility to make missions like : Kill 5 zombies in this area with rewards or save this guy.

    I will also implement a story on the game. But first I need to finish the Save/Load system.
    If I have time I will try to make the possibility for the user to create your custom mission easily.

  • @falloutjump Certo super mi fa molto piacere, adesso la mod è scaricabile, è ancora la versione vecchia ma funziona perfettamente, presto verranno implementate anche missioni, ricompense e tante altre cose ;). È nella sezione download . Puoi anche usarla in combo con altre mod simili però attivando i miei zombie invece che quelli
    dell'altra mod 😉, che magari vanno meglio e sono un po più realistici.



  • New version uploaded, just need to be approved, the 0.0.0.1 has the translation Update and some minor bugfix.
    I know is hard to understand different languages and many peoples need this.
    Now the default language is en_US .
    I will implement the translation for the NEWS in later updates.

  • @DrMagus5 Great idea putting us all in the news dude. Thanks :) Sorry to say I haven't tried out your mod yet but I will be later tonight for sure. Will it work with the last version as I haven't updated my game yet! (and it is legit not pirate lol)



  • @krissboo I didn't tried, but should work.... I used the last version of scripthook and scripthook dot net but I hope will work also on the older version. If you have already installed the older version of this 2, try to put my mod in the scripts folder and see if when you start the mod appear a notification on the left lower corner of the monitor. If yes just press B to start the mod ;)!

  • @DrMagus5 Got it working, and it's good fun. Slight lag when there's loads of zombies on screen at once but it's not too bad.

  • As requested by @Dragonz12312 I implemented for the next release 0.0.0.3 a blackout system, this blackout system is connected to the weater system (that i also implemented). The weater for now is just random (in the future I will connect to the season) , now for example if there is a ThunderStorm there will be a blackout. I wanted to avoid a permanent blackout, in this way should work perfect.



  • @DrMagus5 Having blackouts linked to the weather sounds like a great idea :)



  • Guys I have a good and a bad news , the bad news is that the 0.0.0.2 is full of bug, the good news is that I completely rewritten in 34 hour of coding the full MOD.
    Now I have fixed many bug and the code is much more better, also the perfomance are improved a lot.

    The weater system and blackout system is something amazing and you will see when you will play the mod.
    Energy will go on and off depending on how much is power the thunderstorm.
    I have added all the supporter to the news system of the radio.

    I just need to implement the driver transformation and balance some stats for the next release.
    I also fixed the bug where going to attack each other and implemented for the first time the infected not zombie.
    They can infect other people but they are not zombie.

    I was going crazy tonight for a shitty code bug, an F near a number XD.



  • New version is out v0_0_0_3_BETA , just need to be approved.
    This is just a test version for the new implementation (more content is coming), give me your feedback here.
    I worked a lot on this update.

    If you like the weather system.
    If you like the idea of the infected (yellow) that can be cured or killed before they expand the virus.

    suggestion: you can add in future an option for the spreading speed of this zombie plague :D

    As suggested I implemented this now, you can press / to increase the speed of infection spread, * decrease the infection spread . - increase the infection transformation speed + decrease the infection stransformation speed. The maximum value of the mod is 0 press / and - to the maximum.

    The 0.0.0.4 is uploaded just need to be approved.



  • @DrMagus5 Can this be disabled or can the keys be changed as my speedometer uses the * key for it's menu.



  • @krissboo Done , just need to be approved ;) . There is a button now that give you the power to change any parameter , this button is F7 , after you can change the speed of infection, transformation and also the news now ;).

    There is also the key to close the car now and avoid that zombie will take you out from the car but need to be implemented, the button is X. You can already see the text if you press.
