Performance and loading problems with ScripthookV

I've had a strange problem with ScripthookV (latest update) since the new gta v update, for example when i use any mod like the enhanced native trainer or even the normal native trainer my game plays at 5-15 fps it doesn't load textures and even sometimes the ground, but when i don't have any asi mods loaded and its just the openiv.asi i have none of these problems, can someone help ?

GPU - 1080 Asus Strix
CPU - i5 4690K @4.4ghz
RAM - 12GB DDR3

@ShinyCube Possibly one of your mods isn't compatible to the latest game patch anymore. I don't see any other way than the 50/50 method or even one by one.
