Does anyone feel like making a mod which spawns the gunrunning bunker exteriors?

I updated my game and to my surprise, the bunker exteriors cannot be seen even though I have switched to MP map. I had a discussion about this in another thread ( https://forums.gta5-mods.com/topic/12233/where-are-the-bunker-tops ) and it seems we need a script which spawns the bunker exteriors at their places.
A later version could even place a checkpoint which teleports us to the interior but I would be happy with just the exterior as decoration at first.
