Stripper Menyoo Task help

Im trying to have a stripper that I spawned repeat an animation(pole dance) with a stripper pole, but if I attach the stripper to the pole she won't rotate and spin properly the same thing happens if I just Freeze in place. I moved her into the perfect position lol but when she repeats the animation she will move further and further away from the pole. Can anyone one help? How do the strippers in the club stay on the pole?

Freeze her and remove the collision , then she will not "move further"
