Something to unlock all the Benny's motorworks interior upgrades such as steering wheels and seats for cars that have them available, so all the performance steering wheels and seats upgrades for the low riders, and low rider seats and steering wheels options for the performance upgradeable cars.

@skelepap there's 2 different types of mods for them, one for the low riders, and one for the more or less race cars, and you can't use them on the other. Each have a separate group of upgrades.

@skelepap Well it's more for putting the tuner stuff on the low riders, as the tuners have better options.
