After updating (mpgunrunning), I can not aiming the cannon or moving
What should I change and where in data?

I think you should use only 1 weapon on a turret for now... For me it happens to vehicles with more than 2 weapons on 1 a turret. Some with only one like MRAP or the rhino still work :l

But also some rockets work well and the other can not aim
