Add-on cars disables DLC Vehicle Modifications.

m on the latest version on SH and GTA 5 1103, It appears that Add-on vehicles disable DLC Vehicle modification like the Vortex Motorcycle or the X80 Proto. Its strange because this never happend to me before and i have all the updated Lines in the DLCList and extratitleupdate. Any help with this would be awesome.

I have the same problem but with add on car mods, still havent found a solution for it
