Does anyone know the location of the texture of the fire coming out of the gun when firing?

Its a particle effect
propably core.ynd or whatever are the extensions for PTFX

Its called a muzzle flash and yes this texture is stored in core.ypt.

@Dane_303 It appears to be located in "\update\update.rpf\x64\patch\data\effects". You can also go to Tools > Search (or press Ctrl + F3) to open the Search feature in OpenIV. Then you can just type in the filename and it'll find the file for you.
