dynamic brightness

i've been looking around and can't seem to find any mods that alter / disable the dynamic gamma / brightness or whatever you want to call it. is this possible through visualsettings, timecycle, etc?

What do you exactly mean by "dynamic brightness"? Did you mean like the brightness that changes when you exit a tunnel or somewhere dark, and the sky slowly adapts to the correct brightness? If that's exactly what you are talking about, then it can be found in visualsettings.dat. Just search for #Adaptation and I think those are the values that control it, correct me if I'm wrong.
