Gunrunning Vehicles not spawning, anyone else?

I have everything up to date running on Steam, the latest SHV, OpenIV, mpgunrunning in SP (every other dlc vehicle is there and working), so i dont get why the Gunrunning vehicles and for that matter the guns also are not working (i guess if you use the script "give all weapons" in the Native trainer, that all the new guns would be added to your wheel at least, as it has done so in the past). But alas i cant get the new vehicles to show up at all. Is there something else i am not doing?

Like what tha? A squadron of Besra's just buzzed me while playing down in the swamps 5 of them, i am in single player i have never seen one let alone 5 fly by down there, a single laser maybe, but a squadron of Besra's, what is going on in GTAV this is not normal. over 1600 hours and this is the fist time i have ever seen this... didnt stop me from trying to shoot them, wound up with 3 stars and all these patriots chasing me.. But they cant cross that river outside their base, the truck i was in, easy
