A Traffic Mod

Can someone make me a mod where you can either change the traffic percent (by 10's) or make several mods like 80% traffic, 70% traffic, etc. ?
PM for more.

Some of the trainers have such an ability I thought. Where you could use the function to enable 200 percent traffic etc...

I thought even Menyoo had something like that but I don't recall clearly since it has been a while since I played the game with Menyoo.

@patrickprof No I don't believe it does, I use Menyoo on my GTA5.
