I think it's a great idea to make a extra tap for Change-logs and to show alway the pinned comment.
Like so the images shows.

honestly we dont need another tab. changelog in the description tab is just fine.

@Remix i'll ask admins. but they are short on time and dark0ne said they don't want more changes. they are just looking towards bug fixes for now. will get a reply from them soon. may be they will reply here.
