HELP with Menyoo

I think its a bug or something like that:
My custom created character with Menyoo, hair color is turning to pink, pure black, white and purple everytime and he doesnt have eyebrows
Also, the heist dlc contect does not show, I can[t play as Agent 14, or drive a kuruma or insurgent...
