Not yet approved content, version in title and description don't match

Hi there,
I have just updated one of my mods and I think the way it currently is presented is confusing for the user.
The version number in the title is already updated and also the description but the new download is not yet available. I think this is confusing for users. Why can't we have it the old way where the title and the description was updated together with the approval?
