help with navigating enhanced native trainer

i use a wireless ps4 controller and when im in my car and while in the native menu, i press triangle (the back button) to go back to a different option and it makes me get out of the car. i need a fix please. also when i save a car within the native menu my game crashes and the car doesnt save. my copy of gta5 is a bootleg and i know most of my issues are because of that but any help would be appreciated. im very new to all of this. it hasnt been a week since i found this website but i have got about 11 add on/replace cars, simple drag and drops. rmod does amazing work and he makes it so simple to imstall. now my rocket bunny mazda rx7 was a harder one to install but its also my fav car in the world and the only reason i started modding last week. ive learned a lot in 5 days. i really want the iron man suit and housr but i cant make that work yet. i just need help with my above two questions. please and thank you.
