[VEHICLE] Airport Tug & tow-able luggage carts

Something to represent the old GTA-SA ability :p
Saw elcreador 's trailer models and thought this actually can be done
I have these models though,in max format,I'll send these via e-mail if anyone is interested
P.S: @SkylineGTRFreak hope you can do it anyway....

@Elope yes. This is needed. Perhaps a script that also has NPC's driving this around the airport. ( @Oskar?)

@nathanjamesddg151 well I think a script is not needed...?I think we can add the tug in vehiclemodelset.meta and add the trailers in the line of the tug and the trailer in the vehicles.meta.the trailers will then spawn randomly along with the tug,just like the trailers on those trucks on the highway.

im going to make an airport ladder truck when i get around to it

@Elope stairway truck looks cool I can take a look at the baggage models, although from the pics the car looks kinda undetailed

@Elope yeah exactly like that i've seen that model before thats what gave me the idea, never looked at it though in zm3 so wasn't sure whether it'd be a simple enough convert, eitherway i want to do it
