Police buffalo ELS spoiler glitch

Hi all. I just installed ELS to my GTA 5. I've added police2 and police 3. Police 3 works great! But police 2 (buffalo version) has this spoiler as "extra". When I turn the police lights on, the spoiler will appear and disappear.
Does anybody know how I can fix this?
