Looking for a mod to modify the game files to add more street lamps and trees without the scripted Map editor.

"Without map editor" Menyoo object spooner works the same as Map editor except has different functions , controls etc

He was talking about adding objects by using Rockstar's format.
Menyoo and map editor doesn't support .ymap and .ytyp.

@Shaezbreizh Now thats a productive approach. Will you elaborate me on this? I mean the whole process of converting the map editor and making it the part of game to launch it default on Game Launch.

modifying such files can get you banned on online. Modding is only for offline and fun.
