[VEHICLE] MRAP For NOOSE Vehicles (SRT Stye)

I did not make models in 3d or anything like that, but I've tried modifying the textures of an existing MRAP vehicle mod (https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/mrap-cougar-4x4) to convert it In a SRT SWAT SRT vehicle, but I need to remove the turret and place sirens and police lights in its place. I tried to know the program ZMODELER 3, but not to use it and when importing the models and textures, it does not work.
