[MISC] Traffic paths for custom maps

Can anybody put some traffic and walking peds in custom maps as liberty city pre alpha, vice city, bullworth and maps like this it'd be a dream come true. I believe there's a tool for this here's the link https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/codewalker-gtav-interactive-3d-map
If there's another way beside this tool then use it
