Vehicle Spawning Limit

How Comes when im Map Editing my Vehicle Limit reaches 130 and the game wont allow me to add anymore Vehicles Beyond this point? I can no longer add more Cars to my map. Its Kinda Annoying....Is there a fix for this? Can i Increase the Vehicle Limit so i can add more Cars to my Maps? Or is it forced By Rocktstar Themselves? I just want to Bypass the Vehicle Spawning Limit!. Any Help would be Fantastic.
