Dlclist entries ignored.

I've got all my addons listed in dlclist which i have placed in the correct folder like i have hundreds of times in the past, yet i can't spawn any of my addon vehicles.
I'm using simpletrainer to spawn the vehicles but imnotmentals AOCS doesn't work for either, i just an invalid model error.
Nothing is wrong with the dlc.rpf's either.
