Finally the second script [Heli Cam] has been made by @winject after he saw my new request, now he saw this old topic and he started making the "Remote Sniper" also.

Remote Sniper - is a high-powered sniper rifle, The weapon is only used during the mission "Caida Libre", where the player has to shoot down a Shamal with the sniper; it is subsequently destroyed with the van it is transported in.
This is what GTA Wiki says: This weapon cannot be obtained in free-roam without modifications.

@NaughtyBoy like the idea. Another suggestion would be the gun used in the movie shooter from i think 2006. They use a remote control sniper to assinate the bishop. It’s exactly what it sounds like it is; a turret mounted sniper that has the ability to be controlled from what looks like a tablet or a laptop. Maybe in gta we could have it but it’s controlled though a hotkey or a custom phone app.
