Block users

I would like to request a feature to block users, so their comments are hidden by default and they can't comment or rate your mod.

@Bluscream this unfortunately can't really be implemented all that easily because everyone will just block everyone who leaves a negative comment meaning no mod will ever get downrated because
a: people will be afraid to get blocked
and
b: people will be blocked lol
so every mod on the site will be 5 star rated, still, would be nice to be able to block
just don't think it's possible

Since you just can't manage the comments section at all i'm going to switch most of the stuff to github and discord. Sorry but i can't work with that.
