[VEHICLE] Cargo Boat - Never been it on request

Hi guys,
I may request this time a "Cargo Boat" that carry Tanks, like in Just cause 3 or any other model, i never saw this vehicle in GTA V from modders so if someone may find a time to deal with it and release for us here i will appreciate it, thanks.Some modders i should include, sorry for disturbing.
