[Script] Helicopter Overhead Sound Script

Hey everyone,

I would appreciate if someone could create a script that plays a loudly audible helicopter sound when a helicopter is in your vicinity (an internal game sound or external sound file loop). If you haven't already noticed, you can't really hear any helicopters in game unless you are actually piloting one which I think makes the ambience, especially during police helicopter pursuits, very unrealistic. Is this simple idea possible? Would be great if someone could input on this.
