[PAINT] 144th FW livery for Skyline's F-15C Eagle

Skyline's F-16C already has a livery for the 144th FW, however I am requesting a 144th FW livery for the F-15C because CA ANG currently uses the F-15C since 2013 after transitioning from the F-16C.

I have already completed California Air National Guard 144 Fighter Wing liveries for the F-15C and F-15D. I will release soon. I was waiting on the completion of a California Air National Guard hangar Add-On hangar that was a WIP... Perhaps I shall just release the aircraft skins first.

@DarthPungz u forget some letters, (u need to have 2 writing for all of them, one in white and other one in black)

I already have the white drop shadow but it is hard to see unless you zoom in, also the angle doesn't show well, I might adjust them a bit but it is accurate on the lettering style, I do want to change the "o" in California to be more skewed.
